This painting is a continuation of the bougainvillea series. The bright colors of the bougainvillea flowers shine through the night under the light of the moon. Again, the darkness in this painting was achieved by mixing several colors to create the illusion of black. In this way the layers of paint make you feel as if you could walk through the darkness.
